Mr. Lacombe has twenty six (26) years experience in the automotive/transportation and taxi service industry. Born and raised here in the Prescott-Russell community and long time resident of Vankleek Hill Mr. Lacombe believes in giving back to the community in various way, such as donations, activities. He provides leadership to over 26 employees, and strongly believes in customer service excellence. Mr. Lacombe is also trained and recently was certified in the Emergency Defensive Driver Road Side Safety course, Standard First Aid & Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) level “C” (Adult/Child/Infant CPR and choking, includes 2-rescuer CPR with an intro to AED.)/ Portable Automated External Defibrillation (PAED) trained with oxygen therapy & WHMIS.

LUC GRONDIN, Director, Operations and Quality Control
Mr. Grondin has twenty five (25) years of service in the Grenville sector (Quebec), paramedic level 1 as well as 10 years of service as an emergency medical technician, Basic International Trauma Life Support (BITLS), Hawkesbury and region, 2 of which serving the United Counties of Prescott-Russell. In 1982 he received training in the unit of civil emergency, Canada Civil Emergency course (dealing with civil disaster). Mr. Grondin is loyal, client oriented and dedicated.

LUCILLE PRONOVOST, Executive Assistant
Ms. Pronovost has over twelve years experience in administration. She has been in the Prescott-Russell community since 1999. She has strong organizational skill, client focuses, priority oriented and strong communication skills. She will be happy to provide you with the information you request.

CLAUDE OUELLETTE, Professional Driver Supervisor
Mr. Ouellette has 12 years of professional automotive driving experience, wheelchair/stretcher vehicles. Mr. Ouellette is a local resident of Hawkesbury, Ontario for the last 20 years. He was also the former President of the local Optimist Club. He possesses a clean criminal record; clean driver’s abstract, trained and certified in Standard First Aid, CPR level “C” PAED with Oxygen therapy, WHMIS and Emergency Defensive Driver Road Side Safety course. Dedicated, reliable, punctual, outgoing and extremely efficient makes Mr. Ouellette an asset to our company.

Aline is an experienced part-time dispatcher and data entry professional. Fully bilingual to serve you better here within the Prescott-Russell community. Promotes and displays strong core principles and values maintaining a high degree of integrity in all that she does. Aline has been trained and recently certified in Nesda Trak Non Urgent Patient Transportation communications/dispatch software.
