Prescott-Russell Non Urgent Patient Transportation - Health Access Services pleads to provide continuous quality and proficient customer care and services to Prescott-Russell residents.
 
Our vision is to provide a quality, professional and punctual non-emergency patient transport service that will efficiently respond to the health care needs of the local residents and medical agencies in our community.
 
We establish and promote Health Access Services by providing leadership in the development and enactment of our duties in a way that sets and exemplify high ethical standards.
 
It is important for us to achieve set goals in a manner that promotes, encourages and maximizes the health and safety and well-being of the patients to ensure quality patient transportation and optimal employee performance.
 
We adhere, respect and abide by all provincial (Regulated Health Professions Act) and municipal laws as well as all set regulations and policies regarding non urgent patient transportation, health access services and safety management systems.
 
Our goal is to provide all patients and clients the best possible solution in a manner that not only responds to their needs, but reflects the core principals of our company.
