The "Prescott-Russell Non Urgent Patient Transportation: Health Access Services" have officially launched their new business to better serve the community since November 2007.
Doing our best to serve our community
Our goals and objectives are to improve providing patient, client and consumer excellence through a streamlined, centralized point of access which currently aims at servicing the community of Prescott-Russell with three types of vehicles: stretcher, adapted transport and automobile.
Because your voice matters to us
Please feel free to contact us should you, your friend or a family member need non urgent, medically related transportation to and/or from your points of destination within Prescott-Russell and upon being repatriated from outside the region (i.e.: Ottawa, Montreal, Outaouais region).
Our service is available at your convenience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For an appointment and if possible, please advise us 24 hours in advance.
Do not hesitate to contact us during our regular office hours if you require additional information or have any comments, including but not limited to, prolonged wait times, incident occurrences, unforeseen issues. We also appreciate receiving suggestions to assist us in improving or adjusting our service to better meet our client’s needs and comments acknowledging the professionalism of our staff.
